FRENCH SPEAKING TECHNICAL SUPPORT 

Skills/Responsibilities:

 

 • Advanced in both French and English, written and spoken

• Technology savvy and have some experience with IT

 • Interact directly with Radix customers to answer questions and solve problems

• Help resolve technical support inquiries from customers and maintain the high levels of customer support and satisfaction

• Collaborate closely with our technical staff to improve our products and services

• Information Technology degree is a plus

• Experience as customer support is a plus

• You should be able to learn quickly

• Be able to share knowledge
