MANAGED VPS

If IT is not your core business, we can provide you with VPS management services so that you do not have to deal with the technical parts of running your applications. Our server management services come with three levels of support that allow you to pick the services you need. In addition, you can select add on services from our VPS Support services to complete your solution. Finally, check our Cloud Hosted Applications section to see if your application is already provided in a SaaS model with complete management already included.

Fully Managed

The highest level of support consists of our team managing all of the applications that you need installed on the VM. We will even manage the your Control Panel so that you do not have to deal with anything on the VM.

MiddleWare Managed

We manage the stack of applications that are required to run your application. If you need somebody to install, configure and manage the applications needed to run your solution, we can provide this support.

Self Managed

Our standard package available with any VM. You have access to the control panel to manage your VM and you can ask us questions 24/7/365 through our email and phone support. We provide the SLA support on the hardware and network and provide you with access to a monitoring tool to alert you to any incidents on your server.
